Adding Domain name to server

Here?s my problem.

I have an office with 25 PC?s and 1 Win2003 server. When the server was setup there wasn?t a domain name added. We have user?s account on the server. Now that we have a domain name how do you add the domain name to the controller without messing with the users account or any part of the data on the server?
