Adding/joining cisco switches…

Hello, I installed Cisco Network Assistant utility on my new pc. Now the problem is that I can see only my switch 3 in the network assinstant utility on new pc. But on the old pc I can see all the four switches… What could be the problem????? OR how could I confiure or join all the switches in this utility?????? Thanks
