Adding SBS 2003 server to existing network with 2003 standard server

I have an existing network with a 2003 standard server with Active Directory. Another company with a different domain name wants to use some of the spare office space and use their 2003 SBS server – sharing the same router for Internet.

Will this cause any problems?
