Adding space on Netware 3.12 server

I have Netware 3.12 Server. We store all the data on (i:). The I: is full now and have few mb space on it i want to add 20GB space to it. How to add the space to it.
As it is dos based how to copy all the data ?
How Many partitions i will have to make ?
The volumes are sys:, data: and data1. All the data is stored at i:data.
Or can I put a new HD of 40GB and copy all the data to new HD. Will it work as normal server ?
