Adding Ubuntu 8.04 Server as Secondary Domain Controller to NT Domain.

My teacher has asked to me set up a Linux box as a secondary domain controller in his Windows NT domain. The primary domain controller is running Windows NT 4.0 and all of the clients are running Windows 2000. Yes, It sounds wacky but that’s lack of funds for you. I have the Linux box completely configured, but the primary domain controller keeps coming up with an error about the Linux box losing the trust relationship obtained from the domain when it tries to connect. Any ideas? This is not an assignment, it was asked as a favor.
