additional exchange server outside proxy

my Outlook 2000 client is behind proxy and can access to Micorosft Exchange Server 5.5 (installed with Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0), how can I access another Exchange Server that outside proxy from outlook client that inside proxy, I need detail information, thank you very much.
