Additional Server

I have a contractor who has donated medical equipment that is controlled by a server they have also purchased. They would like this to be put on our network and have remote access to their server. What would I need to do to set this server up on our network and the only thing they will have access to is their server. I do not want them to see anything else on our network other than their server?
