Address lines in labels not aligned – OK on screen

word 07 and Xerox 8560 phaser printer problem:
When I do labels, the address is aligned on screen. They print correctly on other printers, but on this printer the last line prints about 10 spaces to the LEFT of the lines above. This is the printer I need to use (color reasons). After 1 hour on phone w Xerox tech, they say: check Microsoft. Any ideas please? I have tried everything I can think of.
