ADMIN$ Error – The network path was not found

First of all I want this year is just beginning is full of achievement and success for all.

I’m over here because I have the following problem, running the RSoP to verify the GPO and after a long period of inactivity, the system returns me an error indicating that the resource ADMIN $ not found, I proceeded to check in and see the Computer Management that does not exist in the shared folders as does the IPC $.

I checked the following:
I am entering the domain administrator account
Active Server Service
File and Printer Sharing is active.
