admin password recovry on novell4.2

hello evrybody
any body help me our some client forget his admin password of novell4.2 . i know only one mathod if nds removed and create again but thare is a problem they are using his server with groupwise if we remove nds so all configutation removed,so pl. give me solution how to recover admin password of admin without nds remove.
