Admin Rights

Hi everyone,

How do I regain my admin right eventhough I’m logged in as Administrator. Somehow I get the massage that access is denied. Also I would like to get a professional opinion on how to remove W32.ronoper.worm virus. I cannot edit regedit file because it doesn’t allow me to access.
