Administering Cisco Routers

Could anyone advise how to Administer Motorolla Routers. Currently I IP network seems to be congested and normally have to boot LAN ports at the Routers at the different locations. Could anyone recommend a URL where I can find ways to troubleshoot these Motorola Routers effectively.
