Administering Windows servers/workstations from a Mac

I’m a big Mac user and I have to administer a number of Windows servers at work. I use a lot of Remote Desktop at the moment, but I’m curious to know what other tools Mac users are using to administer Windows servers/workstations. What works well and what doesn’t? What do you wish you had that you don’t already have?
