Administrator Account Cannot Browse The Network

For some reason the Administrator account on the server has lost some of its privs. When attempting to browse to workstations I get the following message: “Logon Failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.”

I have admin privs with my login and I get the same error when trying to browse. I have tried to look at every possible place that might resolve this but to no avail. I am looking to the “techies” for some assistance.
