administrator password

my pc is not stolen but i have a dell latitude pc and it ask for the system or administrator password but i dont remember and im trying to finish taking my g.e.d courses on it but cant due too me forgetting the administrator password could u tell me how i can get the passwors i really need it for class thanks.
