Adminitrator login to add licenses

I have No Experience with Novell at all. Please try to help.

As the new Network Administrator for my company I need to add 5 additional licenses to the Novell Server. The Server will not accept my Login Name & or my Password. I’ve been told that I must login with the fully qualified name of the Administrator. But I don’t have a clue what that could be??

administrator.mycompany.com does not do the trick.

Please advise.
