ADSL Router configuraton using script

I need to daily change between different ISP connections to perform certain tasks. I have a network connected to the internet through an Alcatel ADSL Speed Touch Router. Every time I want to change ISP I have to log in to the WEB based manangement and change the username and password for the PPP configuration and then change back afterwards. Is there a way to do this through a click on a button?
