ADSL setup and Cisco 851W

Well, I now have another issue with this router. I have cable access, which is no issue. However, I need to connect this to ADSL. My friend has ADSL (Bell Canada) so we figured it would simply be a matter of setting up the PPPoE on the router. It does not connect. The modem is a speedstream 5200, which we set to ‘bridge’ mode. With a standard router, the internet works fine. It appears that the PPPoE is not getting out. Does anyone have any susggestions?
