Advantage Database Server Errors

I am having a problem when I click “start service” in Advantage Database Sever version 8. It tells me the value of the parameter “user-buffer” is incorrect. The error code is 7032 and the only information I have found on it is to use the regedit command to edit the registry key, hence changing the value. I am unsure what the valus should be though.
