Advice on wireless router.

I want a wireless router that has:

a built in ADSL2+ model
dual wireless interfaces
–one public… with user management?? think paid for hotspots
–one private

that I can control via ftp and telnet.

built in webserver basic html pages only (cgi a plus).

Am I asking for too much?
