AdWare Winsock settings problem

I am having a problem with an adware. I try to run spybot and other tools but i cant find anything. However whenever i click on a link on google or other pages it always opens some ad links like 101links.com
If i run “netsh winsock reset” to clear the winsock settings the problem is solved but for few minutes only.
Can anyone help me get rid of this problem permanently?
