Adware.Agent.BN Problem

I’ve downloaded Spyware Doctor, Super AntiSpyware, and Spybot and have had NO success in removing adware.agent.bn. I even tried options in safe mode. I am completely lost on what to do next. Does anyone have a program that will remove it permanately or even an easy step-by-step guide to manually remove it. It’s driving me crazy and I literally have spent the past 8 hours trying to get rid of it!
