Alitis 6.9 and Boot problems

If my Deployment console still has listed 2 other NICs that are bad on the server (one is still good) in the information console for Deployment could this effect booting over the network. I usually have to reboot 2-3 times after I come in the morning, because many machines get stuck after morning maintenance.
