All-in-One Network Security

Our company is looking to implement an all-in-one network security solution. We are a fairly small company (30-40 networked PCs). We’re interested in anti-virus, anti-spam, firewall, etc. Personally, I am interested in ease of use, configuration, etc. Interested in pros and cons of the idea and also any recommendations as to what products are good.
