All Systems Accounts Lockedout

Recently I installed XP Pro. After finishing my installation. I also created one account called guest4 during the installation. After finishing my installation I removed this account from Admin Group while I was logged on with this account. After removing this account my all system account locked out and I can not figure out how.

Is there any way I can access my these systems accounts.
