Allow logon through Terminal Services issue

Im trying to gain access to a domain controller via remote desktop using the admin passwords but im getting the following error:

“To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on through terminal services righ. By default, members of the Remote Desktop users group have this right. If you are not a member of this group or another group that has this right, or if the remote desktop user group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually.”

I can access all other servers remotely via the admin password, but not this one.

From what I can make out its a virtual machine running server 2003, but I can phyicaly access the box itself

Any ideas on a workaround to solve this issue?
