ALT-ESC Automatically

I am looking for a program or a way of sending the ALT+ESC sequence to a PC on a regular basis. I have a PC set up with a projector to run some network monitoring tools and want the screens to flip through every 5 minutes or so. I know I can accomplish this by running the ALT+ESC sequence manually but I would prefer this to have no user interaction.
