Alternative for EXCHANGE server

Hello everyone,

Would love some assitance on recommendations on an alternative to exchange server.

– Our company is fairly small but growning and we are in need of an all in one – email\contacts\shared calander etc software \server soloution. However, the IT director does not like MS products at all… so I need to find an altrenative solution to Exchange server that is easy to administer – setup and all the rest.

Can you give me options such as LOTUS etc and reasons why? Otherwise – tell me why EXCHANGE is better?

I have to convience these people that this is the best solution.
