Another Offline Folder Sync Problem: ACCESS DENIED

I have a Windows 2003 Standard Server SP1. I am trying to set-up offline files to the memebers MY DOCUMENTS folder that is on the server. The user was set-up before I had to re-image (using Norton Ghost) his laptop because of some issues. This laptop gets ACCESS DENIED error everytime I try to turn on Make Files Available Offline. I tried logging on and seeing if my Offline Files would sync since they do sync currently on my laptop. It was a no go. Any ideas what could be happening?
