another VS05 question

SERVER 03 std is the OS and during installation asked me for disk 2. inserted disk 2 and it tells me not enough memory to run d:/setup.exe

I can increase the virtual ram a little but not by much. I have it split 50/50 (4g of ram) so I have it assigned 2.

any advice would be appreciated
