Anoying program running

Hello, I have a program that runs every time I start my computer, it’s called SWEYFT.EXE.
I have run various virus checkers against it and they come back with nothing.
In system config utility the program is un-checked but it somehow re starts itselfwhen the computer is started.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
