Situation:
1xWindows server 2008 r2 AD, DNS server
1xExchange 2010, mailbox, client access, hub transport
1xHub transport
We have the outside mail ISP mx-record mail.domain.com
Problem:the send mail is rejected on the server which antispam check
“Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, (IP of te internet line)”
I’ve identified the problem is that In the mesage contains 2 different IPs
mx mail.company.com and
IP of internet connection exchage is connected to
Ive checekd:
Ive checked dns mx record
nslookup resolves mail.company.com to mx IP
mxtoools verify the setting of internet provider seeems to me ok.
EMC – Organisation configuration – hub tranport – send connector
network is set use DNS mx
I think I understend what is the problem but cant figure out what’s is missmatched – to solve it.
