Anti-virus software for Netware 5.0

We are running InoculateIT4.5 enterprise edition on NW5.0 server. To update the signature files is really not a easy job, and it seems like the software doesn’t scan attachments. Anybody knows any other anti virus software which can detect attachment and easy to update the signature files?
