AntiSpy Check (ASC) software on my PC

I suddenly have something on my PC called AntiSpy Check. It is constantly popping up telling me about Infiltration alerts and the only way you can block these so called infiltrations, is to purchase their software. I already have anti spyware on my PC. I want this OFF my PC. I went to uninstall it but it says that function has been disabled. Any ideas from anyone????????
