antispyspider

Internet opens by itself and try to connect to http://antispyspider.us/69. every 20 second I get all kind of warnings pop ups on my screen. I run Adware, spybot- S&D, hijackthis,ccleaner and run AVG and non of them could solve the problem. when i restart my computer it keeps coming back and try to open antispyspider.us/69. Please help.
