any one seen MS IE error – Unable to find Plumtree EDK.NET

I have a customer with a new image install and is getting this error after opening IE6. Unable to find Plumtree EDK.NET Web Controls 3.1 Postback script library. Please install by running this installer on the imageserver. I cannot find any help on the internet. Others are not having the error so the problem is not with any imageserver.
