Any value for 5 year old DSL and ADSL modems

I recently found 2 old unused Bell South modems for residential use. I am considering selling or donating them. Does anyone know if they have any value, and if so how to price them?

1) ADSL modem – Alcatel [it predates Windows XP]

2) BellSouth FastAccess DSL [Westell Wire Speed 2100 Modem]
