Anyone have a template of a ‘Cyber Security’ policy?

Looking for a template IT/Cyber Security Policy… customer has come to me to say they need some form of IT Security Policy document for Insurance purposes.

Anyone got a simple template out there I can tweak to our needs? I realise the many different factors involved, but just looking for something general to start me off really.
