Anything about exFat (or FAT64)

I need any infos about exFat for my paper.
I’ve done Internet based research for it.
But still, I feel more additional topic needed.

Can anyone help me?

Maybe you can tell me (or us) about how it works, allocation, how a directory or subdirectory managed, bad sector code, anything!

In wikipedia, important material i could found only about cluster size and blocks.
