AOL 9.0 SE disconnects

AOL 98SE
Roadrunner Lite

IE 6.0
AVG
Zone Alarm.

First two above recently added. Keep getting knocked off and going back to reboot,while reading mail or using internet.

Getting frozen and too many blue error screens.

Any ideas appreciated
