App to check where files are being copied

I would like to know if anyone knows about an utility that allows me to see the origin of files being sent over to another PC. I explain better with an example.
I have a server and a client and I am installing a printer on the client from a server. I would like to monitor where are those files being copied from. I know which server but I would from which folder it is being copied from.
