AppCleaner thoroughness

I have been using AppCleaner for a couple of years and it has served me very well. While it is obviously much better than not using it at all, I recently noticed that it still ends up leaving a lot of junk behind. For simple/small apps it works perfectly but for more complex ones (webex) it still leaves a bunch of files and folders clearly connected to the app. Any ideas how I could solve this ‘shortcoming’? I’ve tried using terminal to search for filenames but it ends up showing me a bunch of unrelated stuff (webex → webextensions).
