The iPhone 4 has a ‘slight’ antenna problem. If you cup the phone in your hand, and short out the connection between the upper and lower antennas, your signal strength begins to drop.

Apparently Apple knew about this issue, because they already have a $30 rubber ring at the Apple stores. Is it a coincidence this sounds like a contraceptive device? If MS had pulled something like this, the entire anti-MS community would be screaming like banshees about how MS treats their customers.
During my child-hood and early adulthood, I can never remember a time when consumers let companies treat this them this way and let them get away with it in such a forgiving manner, and then giving them even more money to fix what should have never happened! What is wrong here folks?
