Application Crash caused by “WTSAPI32.dll”

I have an application that runs perfectly fine locally – 64 bit Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard – however when I run the app from a 32 bit Windows 7 thin client the application crashes after a few seconds.

The details state the fault is WTSAPI32.dll_unloaded

Any thoughts?
