Application Log in Windows 2000

Is there any location in windows 2K pro that keeps a log of applications that have been installed and when they were installed? I know Add/Remove has installed apps, how often app is used, & last time used. But I need to know when an application was installed on the PC. Looking for any possible locations.

Thanks!
