application on WM5

okay…im tryin to develop an application program on a pocket pc tht runs on windows mobile 5. so i need to install these (in order)…
1. ms activeSync 4.0
2. visual studio 2005
3. windows mobile 5.0 sdk for pocket pc
4. .net compact framework 2.0 (or shld i just use 1.0 instead??)

and for the dbase, is SQL server 2005 mobile edition ok?? what is the different between SQL server 2005 mobile edition and SQL server windows CE edition???

wld all tht be okay?? was thinkin on developin on visual studio 2005 as the platform, but how about visual studio 2003??
