applications maping in windows 2k3server

how can i run turbo C, Java, Cobol.. DOS based applications form my client XP system to Windows 2003 server. In this regard i am not installed these DOS based applications on my client side so, how can i run all my 100 clients to run these DOS applications through the windows 2k3Server
