Apply Computer Settings is taking ages- Windows SBS 2003

Hello friends,
I’ve installed Windows SBS 2003 Sp-2 and configured the IP address statically with server IP address (for me its 192.168.0.15)as the preferred DNS Server. My default gateway is 192.168.0.1.

My Active Directory is properly installed and everything seemed OK. I also did the microsoft updates successfully.

But after reboot its getting stuck on “Applying Settings” and showing its busy working status.

I can easily boot in Safe Mood but don’t know what to do.

Can any one help please ?
