Applying NT Policies

Can someone explain to me how I can change the default “save as” and “open” paths in NT 4.0 by using Policy Editor and how I make this apply to multiple domain users?

I’m not interested in changing this location by making adjustments in MicrosoftOffice. I want to set a policy for a specific directory be the default path for whatever type of file someone tries to open or save in any application.
