Apps for network, micro,c-port HDMI to tv & racking with out Target on

I don’t know what to do with my not smart tv I like to mirror my phone to the TV and I’d like to know the best way to identify a non SSID and how to block it or kick it off what apps should I use for this I have a low budget phone it is a piece of junk LG reflect I wish I could afford a better one can you help
